On February 24, 2026, the faculty welcomed Prof. Peter Lutes from Kagawa University’s Graduate School of Agriculture. The visit, coordinated by Dr. Sunitra U-panun from the Department of Entomology, focused on developing joint academic activities and strengthening institutional networks between the two universities. Strategic Discussions and Campus Tour The welcoming delegation was led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chanate Malumpong, Associate Dean for Research and Academic Services for Internationalization, alongside Asst. Prof. Dr. Jakkapong Pinyo, Assistant Dean. During the initial strategy meeting in the Kaset Apirom Meeting Room, leaders and department representatives discussed viable pathways for future cross-border collaboration. Following the meeting, Prof. Lutes was given a comprehensive tour of the campus’s specialized agricultural facilities to see the university's research capabilities firsthand. Prof. Lutes delivered an exclusive presentation, providing Kasetsart students with valuable guidance and insights on pursuing master’s and doctoral degrees at Kagawa University. This visit highlights Kasetsart University’s ongoing dedication to fostering global partnerships, enhancing agricultural research, and providing its students with world-class educational pathways.
